레이스 제품, 실크 직물, 오간자 실크 또는 정교한 거푸집의 경우 증기 다리미를 사용해야 합니다.
일반 사무용품에는 일반 다리미를 사용하고, 다리미 아래에 축축한 수건을 깔면 됩니다.

Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or exchange request within 3 days from the order delivery date.

Processing time

After receiving your order, we conduct strict quality control and inspection. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, weekend holidays, national holidays, etc. If your order includes quite popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-15 business days to process and dispatch.

Shipping time

We provide standard shipping service, the delivery time is 7~15 business days. DHL/USP(Express shipping) is our fastest shipping, it only takes 3-6 business days to arrive. 

Note: The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
