Payment Policy

RESSALINA processes online payments through Shopify’s secure checkout. The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device, and order value. We do not guarantee that a payment method is available unless it appears in checkout.

Currency and total price

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront. Before payment, checkout displays the item total, available discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes collected by us. Import duties or destination-country charges that are not collected at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility.

Payment security

Payment details are transmitted through encrypted checkout services. RESSALINA does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Order confirmation

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued. If additional verification is required, we will contact you using the information supplied at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility depends on whether processing or production has started. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering.
