Size & Fit

• Machine washable: If the care label on your mesh fabric indicates that it is machine washable, you can wash it in the washing machine using a gentle cycle and cold water. You should also use a mild detergent and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
• Hand wash only: If the care label on your mesh fabric indicates that it must be hand washed, fill a basin or sink with cool or lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Gently agitate the fabric in the water, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
• Do not bleach: Mesh fabrics should not be bleached as it can damage the fibers. If you need to remove stains, try using a stain remover that is safe for use on delicate fabrics.
• Do not iron: Mesh fabrics should not be ironed as the heat can damage the fabric. If the fabric is wrinkled, try steaming it or hanging it in a steamy bathroom to remove the wrinkles.
• Dry clean only: If the care label on your mesh fabric indicates that it must be dry cleaned, take it to a professional dry cleaner. Mesh fabrics may require special care that only a professional can provide.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Return eligibility depends on the item. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions before ordering.

Cancellation: Contact support@ressalina.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is available only before processing or production begins. Made-to-order and customized items cannot be cancelled or changed after production begins.

Ready-to-wear: Eligible non-customized, non-sale ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

Excluded items: Made-to-order, customized, personalized, final-sale and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or materially incorrect items.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: Email us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number, a description and clear photographs. We may request reasonable additional evidence. An unboxing video may help, but is not the sole condition for a valid claim. Approved claims may receive repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Return authorization and shipping: Contact us before returning an item for the correct return address and instructions. Customers pay return shipping and return-related customs charges for eligible change-of-mind returns. For approved faulty, damaged or incorrect-item claims, RESSALINA provides or reimburses reasonable return shipping as instructed by customer service.

Refunds: After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time. We do not deduct an arbitrary restocking or import-duty percentage. Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by law or where the return results from our error.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two main shipping carriers for our customers:

• UPS Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic and international).
• DHL Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic and international).

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and external factors such as customs processing or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 within the United States, including US territories and affiliated islands.
• Flat Rate Shipping: If your order is under $300, the shipping fee is $35 per order.

4. Domestic and International Shipping

• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all US states and US territories, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other affiliated islands. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after production.
• International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries via UPS and DHL. International orders will take between 5-7 business days for delivery after production.
  Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if we can process your shipment.
