• Do not iron: Mesh fabrics should not be ironed as the heat can damage the fabric. If the fabric is wrinkled, try steaming it or hanging it in a steamy bathroom to remove the wrinkles.
• Dry clean only: If the care label on your mesh fabric indicates that it must be dry cleaned, take it to a professional dry cleaner. Mesh fabrics may require special care that only a professional can provide.

It's important to always refer to the care label on the garment to ensure you are properly caring for your mesh fabric. If you're unsure about a specific care instruction, it's always best to err on the side of caution and opt for a gentle washing method, such as hand washing, to avoid damaging the fabric.

1. Cancellation

To avoid any possible delays, we will process your order right after we receive your payment. Thus, we are unable to make any critical changes relating to the delivery of an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, and/or combining any shipments.

2. What’s your return policy?

Due to our nature as a high-end custom brand, we regret to inform you that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.

As we specialize in custom-made garments, once an order is placed, we begin production based on your selected size, color, and style. We are unable to modify any part of the order, including size, color, style, or other details once production has started. Therefore, we cannot cancel your order, nor accept returns or exchanges after production begins. Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at support@ressalina.com with pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we inspect the goods and confirm there is a genuine fault, we will proceed with the next steps to offer a replacement (if available), exchange, or repair (where applicable).

Please be aware that return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed or covered.

We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. RESSALINA reserves the right to determine what constitutes a genuine fault in the clothing.

All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 7 days of receipt. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

3. Shipping Costs and Duties

Both return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is returned, the customer will bear the cost of any shipping charges for the return and any applicable import duties or taxes. These fees will not be covered or reimbursed by Ressalina.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will determine if the product meets our return policy criteria. If the product qualifies for a return, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting a 35% import duty within 20 business days.

5. Video Proof of Product Integrity

To ensure the integrity of your product, we take videos before shipping your order. If you are concerned about any potential issues with your product (e.g., damages), please make sure to record a complete unboxing video, showing the product and packaging in full. This video will serve as evidence for any potential claims.

Once we receive your submitted video evidence, we will assess whether the video is continuous and not edited. If we determine that the video is falsified or manipulated, we will immediately cancel your return or exchange request, and you will be held responsible for any costs incurred, including labor, duties, and shipping fees. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return or exchange of the product.

6. Accepted Shipping Methods

For returns or exchanges, we only accept shipments via UPS or DHL. If the return or exchange is sent via any other courier service, it will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

We offer two main shipping carriers for our customers:

• UPS Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic and international).
• DHL Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic and international).

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and external factors such as customs processing or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 within the United States, including US territories and affiliated islands.
• Flat Rate Shipping: If your order is under $300, the shipping fee is $35 per order.

4. Domestic and International Shipping

• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all US states and US territories, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other affiliated islands. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after production.
• International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries via UPS and DHL. International orders will take between 5-7 business days for delivery after production.
  Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if we can process your shipment.
