Care Instruction
Follow the care label supplied with this garment. Care requirements depend on its fabric, lining, trims and embellishments; a washing method suitable for one item may damage another.
If the label is missing or unclear, contact us with the product name before washing, steaming, ironing or arranging dry cleaning. Do not assume that this item is machine washable.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Return eligibility depends on the item. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions before ordering.
Cancellation: Contact support@ressalina.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is available only before processing or production begins. Made-to-order and customized items cannot be cancelled or changed after production begins.
Ready-to-wear: Eligible non-customized, non-sale ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
Excluded items: Made-to-order, customized, personalized, final-sale and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or materially incorrect items.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: Email us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number, a description and clear photographs. We may request reasonable additional evidence. An unboxing video may help, but is not the sole condition for a valid claim. Approved claims may receive repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Return authorization and shipping: Contact us before returning an item for the correct return address and instructions. Customers pay return shipping and return-related customs charges for eligible change-of-mind returns. For approved faulty, damaged or incorrect-item claims, RESSALINA provides or reimburses reasonable return shipping as instructed by customer service.
Refunds: After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time. We do not deduct an arbitrary restocking or import-duty percentage. Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by law or where the return results from our error.
For full conditions and return instructions, see our Return & Refund Policy or email support@ressalina.com.
Shipping and delivery depend on the item, its fulfillment location and your destination. Check the product information for processing or production time, then review the shipping options and charges shown for your address at checkout.
Processing or production time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimates may change because of availability, customs or carrier delays; a particular arrival date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
If you need this item for an event, contact us before ordering with the product, size, color, destination and event date.
Read the full Shipping Policy or contact support for the applicable conditions.
FAQ
Check this product's processing or production estimate and allow additional time for shipping. Ready-to-wear, made-to-order and customized items may have different schedules; do not assume the same lead time applies to every dress.
Review our Shipping Policy and the shipping options shown at checkout. Before ordering for a fixed event date, contact us with the item, selected size and color, delivery destination and date so we can check the applicable estimate.
Custom sizing is available only where offered for the selected product. Check this item's size options and product information; if a custom option or measurement instructions are not shown, contact us before ordering.
Where offered, confirm the required measurements, production schedule, any additional charges and the applicable cancellation and return conditions before placing a customized order.
Compare your measurements with this product's size chart and check whether the chart describes body measurements or finished garment measurements. Brand sizing, fabric stretch and the cut of the dress can affect fit.
If a measurement, length or size recommendation is unclear, contact us with the item, your measurements and your usual size before ordering. A size recommendation or custom measurement option does not guarantee a perfect fit or remove the possibility of alterations.
Check the selected size and color and any processing or production information on this product page. An inventory count or an available-to-order button alone does not confirm that an item can be dispatched immediately.
If you need to confirm ready-to-ship status or an expected dispatch date, contact us before ordering. We will check the selected item and variant rather than assume all dresses have the same fulfillment schedule.
