Return and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation

To avoid any possible delays, we will process your order right after we receive your payment. Thus, we are unable to make any critical changes relating to the delivery of an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, and/or combining any shipments.

2. What’s your return policy?

Due to our nature as a high-end custom brand, we regret to inform you that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.

As we specialize in custom-made garments, once an order is placed, we begin production based on your selected size, color, and style. We are unable to modify any part of the order, including size, color, style, or other details once production has started. Therefore, we cannot cancel your order, nor accept returns or exchanges after production begins. Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at support@ressalina.com with pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we inspect the goods and confirm there is a genuine fault, we will proceed with the next steps to offer a replacement (if available), exchange, or repair (where applicable).

Please be aware that return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed or covered.

We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. RESSALINA reserves the right to determine what constitutes a genuine fault in the clothing.

All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 7 days of receipt. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

3. Shipping Costs and Duties

Both return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is returned, the customer will bear the cost of any shipping charges for the return and any applicable import duties or taxes. These fees will not be covered or reimbursed by Ressalina.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will determine if the product meets our return policy criteria. If the product qualifies for a return, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting a 35% import duty within 20 business days.

5. Video Proof of Product Integrity

To ensure the integrity of your product, we take videos before shipping your order. If you are concerned about any potential issues with your product (e.g., damages), please make sure to record a complete unboxing video, showing the product and packaging in full. This video will serve as evidence for any potential claims.

Once we receive your submitted video evidence, we will assess whether the video is continuous and not edited. If we determine that the video is falsified or manipulated, we will immediately cancel your return or exchange request, and you will be held responsible for any costs incurred, including labor, duties, and shipping fees. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return or exchange of the product.

6. Accepted Shipping Methods

For returns or exchanges, we only accept shipments via UPS or DHL. If the return or exchange is sent via any other courier service, it will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
